If the product does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return the products and receive a refund. Below are the conditions and procedures for making a return.
Return Conditions
- Eligible Products: Only returns of NON-PERSONALIZED glasses are accepted.
- Timeframe to Request a Return: You have up to 5 business days from the receipt of the merchandise to request a return by sending an email to devoluciones@timiaktech.com.
- Product Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition and with their original individual protective packaging.
- Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Return Delivery Timeframe: Returned products must arrive at our facilities within 14 days from the date of return approval.
Refund
- Refundable Expenses: Only the cost of the products will be refunded, not the shipping costs.
- Partial Returns: If only part of the order is returned, the amount corresponding to the returned products will be refunded. If the partial return affects the conditions for receiving bonuses such as free shipping, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Condition of Returned Products: If the products are received damaged or without their original individual protective packaging, the refund amount may be reduced.
- Refund Method: The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within a maximum of 10 business days after receiving the returned products.
